As an HCA (Health Care Aide) with Leisure Way Community Group Home Inc, your primary role will be caring for our residents' daily care needs in our small cluster care environment. Daily tasks include : direct care, preparing and serving meals, laundry and sundry, recreational activities, medication administration and supporting our residents living in community with one another.An LPN supervisor is on site 24hrs a day to lead and support meeting the daily needs of care. We are a small SLD/SL4D care home located on rural acreages just south of Medicine Hat, AB. We have created home-like environments that mirror residential daily living with all the supports of a licensed healthcare facility. Our focus is to maintain a person-centred approach to care while fostering independence for each of our residents.

As an LPN with Leisure Way Group Home your role will consist of attending to the daily care needs of our residents. You will have a team of two HCAâ€™s assisting in support of the daily care and activities. Your work environment consists of two separate care homes located on acreage properties just south of Medicine Hat.

We are a small cluster environment that focuses on one-to-one person-centred care. Our care homes have been established to create a home-like environment, which allows for a communal atmosphere and opportunities for our residents to socialize with each other and staff. There is constant collaboration within our team of staff, directors and owners to meet the daily care needs of our residents who call Leisure Way their home.
